If you do then you know your ignition is working. If you do have a spark then pour some gas down the cylander and put back plug and see if it fires. RACE TECH : That is your fuel pump relay. Switch the 2 relays out and see if your getting power now. Could also be a ground issue. Check your battery voltage and connections. From there it should hold pressure and the pump should run while cranking to keep pressure to the system. Oct 8, 2013 · 58 posts · Joined 2012. #24 · Oct 9, 2013. fuel pump will be relay controlled which the ecm turns on, there is a couple second prime when key is turned on and once an rpm signal is sent to ecm fuel pump runs constantly. it's likely you have a poor ground to ecm, just need to rule that out first then go from there.

It's fuel injected and you can jump across the solenoid and it will turn over that way but it's not firing and I'm getting power to the solenoid when you turn the key but it won't turn over and I replaced the solenoid along with a programmable ecm that's a plug in play ecm.
