A few days ago trying to weld-up a snow blade for a 4-wheeler, It did fine for about 10 minutes, about 3-4 ins. of bead at a time, then quit putting anything out.I have a Lincoln 135 Pro that I use all the time for sheetmetal. Works great, on the smaller stuff no problem. If you have the power, and the dough, go bigger, but if you have a 1927 house like me, with 120 wiring, its a good machine. This will bridge the switch circuit and make the welder feed. If it works, the problem is the gun, (tip, liner) and if it doesnt, the issue is somewhere else in your machine.

926. It could possibly be that you liner is kinked from being coiled too tightly. Another thing to try first is when you are welding is keep the cable to the gun straight as possible. Higher guage wire doesn't travel around curves well as lighter gauge.
