So, Red Lobster…. I got hired as a host on the 15th of January. I'd be making $6.25/hr plus tip share… but couldn't get tips until my training was over. The best part is, I didn't GET training. On my first day, I got all of 20 minutes to train before being sent to bus tables and take care of shit that was servers' responsibility.
