I measured the cylinders. They had measurements from 4.3101 inch to 4.3117 inch. There is one cylinder that has a small damage on top. I will put out some pictures, so you can see what I mean. The Can Am block was nothing more than the ZL-1 block, which came first, that was cast of Alcoa 390 alloy that was a high silicone alloy that they ran tinned pistons directly on the aluminum with no iron liners. Then you grind h-ll outta the lower end so that a 4.625" stroked crank can fit!! This is the way it used to be done before aftermarket blocks were available..
